Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of receipt if the product is damaged or defective. Only unused and unopened products are eligible for a refund. Certain items, such as personal care products or skincare items, may not be eligible for refunds due to hygiene concerns.
1.2. Refund Process
To request a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number). Refund requests must be submitted via our website form. If the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
1.3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened skincare and personal care products

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Digital or downloadable products

1.4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, the company will cover the shipping costs.
