Shipping Policy

1.1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the GCC region, which includes:

  • Saudi Arabia (SA)

  • Bahrain (BH)

  • Oman (OM)

  • Kuwait (KW)

  • Qatar (QA)

  • Jordan (JO)

  • Lebanon (LB)

  • Iraq (IQ)
    International shipping may be available; however, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

1.2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Within the UAE: Estimated delivery within 1 business day.

  • To GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq): Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.
    Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

1.4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary based on the destination and order size and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available for orders over AED 300.
1.5. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Customers can track their shipment through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
1.6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier service issues. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the product and packaging for assistance.
